Counselling Support in Singapore

I am a counsellor in Singapore providing counselling and therapy services for teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, emotional overwhelm, OCD-related concerns, perfectionism, pre-marital and marital concerns, and relationship challenges.

Therapy offers a safe and collaborative space to better understand underlying patterns, develop supportive coping strategies and navigate challenges at a pace that respects your comfort and needs.

Reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar when you are used to coping on your own or being the one others rely on. You do not need to be at “breaking point” or have everything figured out before seeking support. If this resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute introductory session to explore whether we may be a good fit.

What Therapy May Feel Like

Therapy is not a one-size-fits all approach.

We work at your pace, without rushing into fixing or problem-solving. Therapy can be a space to slow down, process thoughts and emotions, and better understand what you are going through. You do not need to have the “right” words or hold everything together in sessions.

I focus on creating a safe and collaborative space tailored to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

What to Expect

I offer counselling for teenagers and adults through online sessions via secure video, as well as in-person sessions. Sessions are available on most weekdays (including evenings) and weekends.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, and the frequency is discussed collaboratively based on your needs and circumstances.

Confidentiality & Ethics: Sessions are conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards. Limits to confidentiality will be explained clearly.

A little about me

Before transitioning into counselling, I spent 17 years working in the corporate sector across Singapore and London, navigating high-performance environments, leadership responsibilities, and the pressures that often come with constantly holding everything together.

I completed my Master’s in Counselling with Monash University while working full-time, and have since supported clients in community services and local secondary school settings. My work draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

Today, I provide counselling and therapy services in Singapore for teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, workplace stress, emotional overwhelm, OCD-related concerns and relationship challenges.
